Supporting those who serve others

I have a passion for supporting individuals and teams in the non-profit and public sectors.  One of my greatest accomplishments was working as part of a dedicated group of volunteers to form a non-profit and serving the organization for five years. 

 

I now work with leaders who are pursuing work near and dear to their heart to solve complex problems facing society and contribute to something bigger than themselves. I partner with my clients to further develop their leadership skills and capacity so that they can effectively implement their organizational vision and mission.

 

Support for Executive Directors/CEOs:,

- One on one coaching to support your individual leadership and management development. This work can help you develop your personal vision, build and develop your staff and volunteers, identify your strengths and areas for growth, plan for the future, strengthen board relations, and effectively communicate with your donors.

- Team retreat facilitation. This work will build trust and team capacity by improving communication and effectiveness.

- Strategic planning. This work will identify and articulate your vision, organizational strengths and weaknesses, set goals and objective and develop and action plan.

- 360 degree feedback. Through the use of the Leadership Circle Profile assessment you will receive actionable data that identifies leadership competencies that you can utilize to be more effective in your position. The Leadership Circle Profile also highlights reactive tendencies that are inhibiting your leadership effectiveness.

 

Support for Boards:

- Team coaching to improve group cohesion. Board dynamics and skill can shift from year to year as individuals join and leave the organization. Dedicate the time to integrate new board members and build your board capacity so that you can have a successful year.

- Board retreat facilitation. This work will build trust and team capacity by improving communication and effectiveness.

- One on one and group coaching options to support your individual leadership development. Leadership starts with you and through this work you will develop a personal vision and values statement that can serve as a guide for your professional development and career.
